Our Practice
Dr. Callis has been in practice in Madison since 1994. The staff performs all aspects of dentistry, including cosmetic bonding, crowns, root canals, dentures, restore implants, whitening, veneers, prevention, and extractions. A true family practice, our patients range from age 2 to 102.
All insurances are accepted. We are participating members of Anthem, BCBS and Delta Dental.
About Dr. Callis
Dr. Douglas Callis is a Connecticut native, and a proud graduate of University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Genetics. Callis attended UConn Dental School with a year of residency at Hartford Hospital.
Callis is an active member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association (CSDA), Shoreline Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the River Valley/Seattle Study Club. He regularly attends continuing education sessions, and has been the chairperson of the CSDA New Dentist Committee, and an active member of its Continuing Education Committee.
